These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to https://aiskillsincome.one/ (the "Website") operated by AI Skills Income Pte. Ltd. ("AI Skills Income", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 202801627K, and form part of the contractual framework for our training programmes, workshops, and related services unless superseded by a signed engagement letter or enrolment agreement. By accessing the Website or enrolling in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.

1. Definitions

"Participant" means an individual enrolled in a programme, workshop, or corporate training session. "Materials" means handouts, slides, exercise sheets, checklists, and digital resources we provide. "Services" means instructor-led training, studio sessions, corporate engagements, and related administrative support described on the Website or in enrolment documents.

2. Website use

You may browse the Website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You must not:

• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or harvest content without written permission;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to servers, accounts, or data;
• Introduce malware, interfere with security, or overload infrastructure;
• Misrepresent affiliation with AI Skills Income or impersonate our staff;
• Reproduce substantial portions of Website content for commercial republication without licence;
• Submit false, defamatory, or unlawful content through contact forms.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules are violated.

3. Information on the Website

Programme descriptions, schedules, and service outlines are published for general information. They do not constitute binding offers until confirmed in writing with fees, dates, and applicable terms. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. We may update descriptions without prior notice. Screenshots, testimonials, and case examples are illustrative; individual outcomes vary.

4. No income or outcome guarantees

AI Skills Income provides skills training. We do not guarantee specific income levels, client acquisition, employment offers, business growth, or certification recognition by third parties. Any examples of professional scenarios are educational only. Participants are responsible for applying skills within their own legal, contractual, and professional obligations.

5. Enrolment and payment

Enrolment is confirmed when we issue written acceptance and receive any required deposit or full payment as specified in your offer letter. Prices quoted in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable GST where we are GST-registered. Invoices must be settled by the due date stated. Late payment may result in suspension from sessions until accounts are current. Corporate engagements follow payment milestones in the signed proposal.

6. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are stated in enrolment documents at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified:

• Participant-initiated cancellation more than fourteen days before the start date may receive a credit toward a future cohort minus an administrative fee;
• Cancellation within fourteen days may forfeit deposits covering reserved seats and prepared materials;
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refund or credit;
• If we cancel a session, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date.

Rescheduling requests are accommodated when capacity allows and may incur fees if requested within seven days of the session.

7. Participant conduct

Participants must behave professionally toward facilitators and peers. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or unauthorised recording of other participants may result in removal without refund. You are responsible for content you create during exercises and for ensuring client-confidential information is not shared without authority. Our studio rules regarding equipment care and safety must be followed.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in Materials, curriculum structure, branding, and Website content. Enrolment grants a limited, non-transferable licence to use Materials for personal professional development during and after the programme. You may not resell, publicly distribute, or commercially exploit Materials without written consent. Work you create during sessions remains yours, subject to any third-party tool terms governing AI-generated output.

9. Third-party tools

Training may reference or demonstrate third-party software and AI services. We do not control those providers. Your use of external tools is subject to their terms, pricing, and availability. We may update recommended tools as the market evolves without obligation to retrofit past Materials.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting forms or enrolling, you acknowledge that processing described there will occur.

11. Disclaimers

The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding Website content and third-party tools demonstrated in sessions. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other mandatory provisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Skills Income and its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from Website use or participation in Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment is limited to the fees paid by you for that enrolment. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Skills Income against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Materials, unlawful use of AI tools in client work, or content you submit that infringes third-party rights.

14. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemic restrictions, government orders, utility failures, or widespread service outages affecting third-party tools. We will use reasonable efforts to reschedule affected sessions.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Before commencing proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] with a written summary of the dispute.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder continues in effect. For Website browsing, these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding online access. Enrolled participants are also bound by enrolment-specific documents where they conflict, the enrolment documents prevail for service delivery matters.

17. Changes

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated directly when practicable. Continued Website use after changes constitutes acceptance.
