Is AI Skills Income life coaching or a get-rich scheme?

No. We are a skills training company, not a life coaching practice or income-promising programme. Our curriculum covers workflows, quality review, client communication, and portfolio documentation — the mechanics of professional delivery. We do not guarantee earnings, recruit participants into multi-level structures, or sell motivational packages detached from practised work. If you are looking for mindset transformation without applied exercises, our programmes will likely feel too operational for your goals.

Do I need prior AI experience to join Program 1?

Basic familiarity with using a web browser and word processor is sufficient. Program 1 assumes you may have tried a chat-based AI tool casually but have not formalised a workflow. We do not expect coding skills or data science backgrounds. If you already run structured client projects with documented QA steps, speak with us about entering at Program 2 or 3 instead.

Where are sessions held?

All standard cohort sessions run from our studio at 2 Jurong East Street 21, #04-08, IMM Building, Singapore 609601 — in the Jurong East / JEM corridor. Corporate engagements may include on-site components by arrangement, but hands-on laptop modules default to our studio for consistent setup and facilitator support.

What should I bring to a session?

A laptop you can work on for three or more consecutive hours, power adapter, and any client-confidential materials only if you have permission to use them in a shared classroom. We provide printed exercise sheets and reference checklists. Wi-Fi is available on site. External monitors are limited; request ahead if you rely on dual-screen setup.

How are fees structured?

Fees depend on the program or service format selected. We quote after understanding your entry point and schedule preferences. Payment terms, rescheduling rules, and refund boundaries are documented in enrolment materials before you confirm — not buried in fine print after payment. We do not offer income-contingent pricing or revenue-sharing arrangements.

Can my employer sponsor my enrolment?

Yes. We issue tax invoices to Singapore-registered companies and can align programme content with internal L&D objectives when HR or team leads join the discovery conversation. Ask your manager to reference "Corporate skills training" when contacting us for scoped proposals.

Will I receive a certificate?

Participants who complete a program receive a completion acknowledgement listing the module name and date. This is not an accredited diploma or vendor certification. The capstone portfolio artifact is intended to carry more weight with clients and employers than the certificate itself.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to reply within two business days for messages submitted through the contact form or [email protected]. Phone enquiries during office hours (Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM SGT) are answered when staff are available. Urgent same-day responses cannot be guaranteed.
